We are looking for a Janitor/Maintenance crew member to join our team at a luxury wedding venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping our venue spaces, couple's suites & general grounds clean and organized, performing basic maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial, maintenance and groundskeeping work, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and has a commitment to proactively maintaining a clean and beautiful environment for guests and internal team members.
Our work environment includes:- Modern office setting
- Food & beverage banquet spaces
- Florist barn
- Clean and maintain floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces
- Dust furniture
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Clean and maintain carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Perform minor repairs on equipment and furniture
- Inspect buildings and outdoor property for safety hazards
- Ensure building facade is neat and presentable to guests
- Preparing outdoor areas for events and landscaping including moving or covering outdoor furniture
- May include very early or late start times, before or after wedding events
