Immediate need for a talented Physical Therapist Assistant. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Lithonia, GA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Compensation Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation. Regular Pay: $10/hr Overtime Pay: $15/hr Weekly Housing Stipend: $1125.60 Weekly Per Diem: $360 Weekly Gross Pay: $1,485.60 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Shift: 8 hr Day
• Scheduled Hours: 40 hours [Hours per Facility]
• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and improving overall function.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Active Georgia PTA License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
