WHAT YOU'LL DO

You know... Occupational Therapy.

• Evaluate residents

• Create treatment plans

• Improve independence and quality of life

• Help residents safely return to meaningful activities

• Collaborate with the team

• Complete documentation

• Work your clinical magic

Nothing shocking there.

The difference is you'll have a team that supports you while you're doing it.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

An OT who:

• Knows their stuff

• Loves working with older adults

• Believes dignity matters

• Understands that every resident has a story

• Can balance compassion with clinical excellence

• Has a sense of humor because healthcare without humor is just paperwork

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current Colorado Occupational Therapist License

• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain

• Knowledge of Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Rehabilitation

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to meet documentation and regulatory requirements

BONUS POINTS IF:

• You can explain Medicare regulations without crying.

• You know what PDPM stands for without Googling it.

• You've ever fixed a wheelchair, found a hearing aid, solved a family concern, and treated a resident all before lunch.

• You understand that therapy gyms occasionally double as detective agencies.
