A leading ophthalmology group is seeking a Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon to backfill a retiring physician in a high-demand coastal New York market.
This role offers immediate access to strong surgical volume and ASC resources , with excellent earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits- $400,000+ base + production incentives
- High surgical volume (~800/year)
- Strong premium conversion (~50%)
- ASC access with block time availability
- Full benefits package
- Full-time outpatient + surgical schedule

- Perform cataract procedures
- Manage patient care across full lifecycle
- Collaborate with MD/OD team
- Maintain documentation
- Board Certified/Eligible Ophthalmologist
- Active or eligible NY license
- Strong surgical proficiency
- Ability to manage high volume
- Patient-focused communication
