OB/GYN Hospitalist - Full-Time Academic Role | Columbus, OH | $300K + $35K-$40K Sign-On | PSLF Eligible | Level III NICU

Position Overview

A leading health system in Columbus, OH is hiring two full-time OB/GYN Hospitalists to join its academic team. This role is perfect for physicians passionate about resident education, high-risk obstetrics, and serving underserved communities . You'll work in a dynamic clinical teaching environment while helping shape the future of women's health.

Role Highlights

• Full-time hospital-employed position
• 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
• Work across three hospital campuses (only one per shift)
• Supervise and teach OB/GYN residents on Labor & Delivery
• Perform gynecologic surgeries and manage complex OB cases
• Multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Strong mission focus on community and underserved care

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $300,000 with 5% annual increases

Sign-On Bonus: $35,000-$40,000

Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Ohio medical license or ability to obtain
• Clean malpractice record
• Interest in academic medicine and high-risk OB
