Remote Systems Analyst I Tier 3 IT & Automation

LAM Lennar Associates Mgmt LLC

Lennar is seeking a Systems Analyst I on the IT Special Operations team to provide Tier 3 support, resolving complex issues with the Service Desk, Onsite IT, and engineering, and turning recurring problems into automation. You will write clear documentation, maintain accurate ServiceNow records, and collaborate across networking, identity, and telecom to improve processes and speed up incidents. This is a remote role with preferred proximity to Irvine, CA and occasional travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
