Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at our Denton location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective and current residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing terms.
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential renters.
- Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify applicant information.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
