Google CX CCaaS Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Google CX CCaaS Engineer with strong expertise in cloud contact center solutions, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in scripting, APIs, and cloud security, along with strong communication and leadership skills to work across technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support Google CX (CCaaS) solutions Develop scripts and automate operational processes Integrate systems using APIs and cloud services Work with ServiceNow catalog and workflow automation (preferred) Manage and maintain GitHub-based version control and CI/CD workflows Write scripts using PowerShell and Python Work with SQL Server for data management and reporting Implement and support secure cloud architectures with focus on encryption and OAuth Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities Lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Skills Strong experience in Google CX / CCaaS platforms Excellent written communication and documentation skills Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, encryption, and OAuth Experience in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell) Knowledge of API integration and system connectivity Experience with SQL Server Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
