\nThriving PHYSICIAN OWNED AND OPERATED multi-specialty group is seeking an OB-GYN in beautiful Lakeland, Florida. Join an expanding group looking to deliver top-of-the-line care. Great internal referral system and payor mix.

- Exciting collaboration with Orlando Health Hospital in Lakeland, FL with 8 Labor and Delivery rooms, 2 dedicated ORs for C-Section, 12 bed Level II NICU \n
- EPIC EMR allows for continuity of care throughout clinic. \n
- Physicians are eligible for partnership after 2 years (Guaranteed salary + bonus for 1st year). \n
- Rewarding compensation structure with NO PRACTICE START-UP COSTS. \n
- ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT including in-house labs and Radiology. \n
- ROBUST ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT takes care of staffing, billing and collections, coding and transcription, Clinical Informatics (EMR), Value-Based Services, Quality and Recruitment. \n
