Registered Nurse Telemetry

Role Overview The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing activities to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. They coordinate patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and promote safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly. Collaborate with physicians and staff to address patient needs proactively. Participate in decision‑making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence‑based practices. Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal care delivery. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
