Material Handler Specialist

Lifecycle Biotechnologies, a TCP Analytical Company in the life science industry for 40 years, is looking for a Material Handler Specialist, based out of Cleburne, Texas. About the Role The Material Handler Specialist is responsible for issuance and movement of raw materials to production, inventory control, receiving of goods and materials, and associated documentation. Responsibilities Material Issuance – Verify and issue materials for production, reconcile and return goods and products to the appropriate warehouse location; ensure accuracy and control over lot issuance and FIFO methodologies. Inventory Control – Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and consumables and conduct cycle counts. Raw Material Receiving and Control – conduct accurate and timely receiving and maintain proper documentation, ensure proper material usage reconciliation, and maintain a tidy and organized receiving area. Material Handling – Load/Unload incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare and palletize product for shipment, move and organize raw materials, inspect finished products for quality and adherence to Good Manufacturing Processes, keep warehouse clean and organized. Assisting the Production team with packaging preparation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma and two years’ experience in warehousing, material handling, or supply chain. Experience in a GMP production environment preferred. Moderate to advanced computer skills. Effective communication and organization. Critical thinking. Able to read and understand detailed instructions. Able to maintain accurate documentation. Organization. Effective communication.
