Hotel Front Desk & Guest Experience Specialist

The Westin New York Grand Central is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to assist guests with arrival and departure, complete check-in and check-out, and share accurate information about hours, local attractions and hotel services. You will input guest details into the system, verify credit cards, handle payments, code room keys, and balance a house bank while maintaining a positive, welcoming demeanor. Hotel experience is preferred; strong communication, math, and computer skills help ensure #J-18808-Ljbffr
