What You'll Be Doing

Technical Sales Representatives

Develop relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and end users

Generate new business and grow existing accounts

Prepare technical recommendations, estimates, and proposals

Support customers throughout the project lifecycle

Promote commercial and industrial HVAC equipment solutions

Sales Managers

Lead and mentor technical sales professionals

Drive territory growth and strategic expansion

Support recruiting, training, and team development

Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and operations

Strengthen customer relationships and market presence

What We're Looking For

Experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, controls, MEP, construction, engineering, or technical sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Technical aptitude with a consultative sales mindset

Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities

Commercial or industrial HVAC experience preferred

Engineering or technical background highly valued

For Sales Management Candidates

Prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred

Territory growth or team-building experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$80K$160K+ base salary (depending on experience)
