Human Resources Coordinator

Our team at StevenDouglas is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator in the Jacksonville area to support the HR team of our client in the financial services industry. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, organized and involved in a variety of HR functions. The role will support day-to-day HR operations including recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee communications and HR reporting. Responsibilities: Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate tracking and applicant tracking system updates Support the new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes Assist with background checks, employment documentation and compliance tracking Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and organizational information Assist with HR policies, procedures and documentation Coordinate employee training and other HR-related programs Support employee engagement initiatives and company events Assist with HR systems, reporting and process improvement projects Serve as a resource to employees while maintaining a high level of confidentiality Requirements: 1-3 years of Human Resources, HR operations or related experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization Experience with an HRIS and/or applicant tracking system preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information Proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue building their HR career while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the function. #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
