Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.
- Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, safeguarding confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist patients with understanding their treatment plans, providing guidance and support to ensure clarity and comfort.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs, fostering a supportive environment.
- Manage patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Ensure accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information
- Patient account payment collections and sales
- Experience in coordinating patient appointments and managing scheduling in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, addressing inquiries with clarity.
- Proven track record of maintaining accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage patient flow efficiently and minimize wait times.
- Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care plans and follow-up procedures.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools to streamline operations and enhance patient experience.
