Director of Marketing & Technology

The Director of Marketing Technology is the critical connective tissue between Marketing, IT, and our technology partners at NORTHBRIDGE University. This leader is responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing all marketing-technology initiatives across NORTHBRIDGE University's U.S. Operations - ensuring effective implementation, optimization, and governance of all marketing platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, web systems, marketing AI tools, audience management, and user experiences.

This is not a back-office systems role. We are looking for a marketer first - someone who has lived in campaigns, funnels, and reporting, and who can clearly articulate and champion the needs of marketing inside cross-functional conversations with IT, Data, Admissions, Compliance, vendors, and agency partners. The Director translates marketing strategy into technical requirements and translates technical constraints back into language marketers can act on, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that supports enrollment growth, digital performance, data accuracy, and first-class user experiences.

Success in this role is measured by the strength of the relationships built, the clarity of the workflows established between teams, and the measurable lift in marketing performance that comes from a well-orchestrated, well-instrumented MarTech stack. The role requires strong leadership and project management capabilities, deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple business units across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, digital operations, CRM/marketing automation, or technology project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or managing CRM/MAP systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Proven hands-on ownership of an enterprise CRM and a marketing automation platform - including data model design, lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience leading a website and landing page ecosystem in partnership with engineering or agencies - CMS, tagging, forms, experimentation, and SEO fundamentals.
• Strong experience with analytics, tracking, tagging, and data flows
