Shift Manager Job Description As a Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations. You must lead by example and enforce policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities Manage cost controls, inventory, and cash control. Maintain customer relations and ensure adherence to standards. Ensure store cleanliness and proper marketing execution. Maintain attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work. Lead a crew, set the example, follow policy 100% of time. Essential Functions & Skills Accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing. Work Conditions & Physical Requirements Work includes varying weather conditions, temperature extremes, and exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters. Physical requirements include: Standing, walking, moving between store and delivery vehicle. Lifting up to 50 pounds, stacking shelves up to 72”. Carrying heavy cans and trays, pushing/pulling dolly. Climbing stairs or ladder as needed. Stooping, bending, squatting during packing and cleaning. Reaching above 72” to operate ovens and change signs.
