Credit Risk Manager

Manager responsible for enterprise credit risk governance at IQVIA, evaluating customer creditworthiness, approving payment terms, and supporting risk-based commercial decisions. Partners across Sales, Finance, Contracts, Legal, Billing, and Collections to manage financial exposure and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead customer credit assessments and evaluate creditworthiness and risk indicators
Review and approve payment schedules, extended terms, and financial arrangements
Provide credit risk guidance for new business opportunities and pre-award reviews
Monitor portfolio risk trends, delinquency, and payment performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve credit issues and payment delays

Requirements

Strong credit risk management and financial statement analysis expertise
Experience evaluating creditworthiness, payment behavior, and financial exposure
Working knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, and billing processes
Strong communication and cross-functional influencing capabilities
Analytical skills with ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive requests
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools

Compensation: $70,600–$176,400 base
