Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in Elgin, Illinois . This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality primary care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Position Highlights✨ Competitive salary range: $219,300 – $280,000

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✔️ MD or DO
✔️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
✔️ Active or eligible Illinois medical license
✔️ Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care
