Closing Coordinator. Miami. Confidential residential homebuilder. Up to $75k per year.
\n \nA Miami residential homebuilder has asked us to find a Closing Coordinator for its sales operation. You'd work directly with the Closing Director and run contract administration for new-construction home sales from executed contract through closing. Buyers, agents, lenders, and title all come through you.
\n \nJ & J Talent Group is a direct-hire recruiting firm in West Palm Beach. You'd be employed by the client, not by us.
\n \nWhat you'll own
\n- \n
- The contract file. Purchase agreements, addenda, amendments, disclosures. Complete, signed, dated, and filed. \n
- The calendar. Deposits, financing milestones, document deadlines, closing dates. You see the slip before anyone else does. \n
- Lenders and title. Loan status, approvals, closing requirements, settlement scheduling. \n
- Agents and brokerages. Commissions, documentation, what they owe you and when. \n
- The Closing Director's picture of every home under contract: what's outstanding, what's late, what closes this week. \n
What you bring
\n- \n
- You've administered residential purchase contracts before. Homebuilder, brokerage, title, or lender. About two years is where this starts to make sense. \n
- You know how a Florida residential closing works and what breaks it. \n
- You catch the missing initial on page four. \n
- Several homes and buyers in motion at once without losing one. \n
- Clear and professional with buyers, agents, lenders, and leadership. Written and spoken. \n
- Microsoft Office. You'll learn the builder, CRM, and transaction systems on the job. \n
- Homebuilder experience is a plus. [Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.] \n
