Job Description \nNon-profit Health System seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for Total Joints in Santa Fe, NM!\n \n \n \n \n Contact: Raymond Stiles View phone number on click.appcast.io) View email address on click.appcast.io\n \n \n \n \n Organization: \n \n \n The Health System is an award-winning integrated delivery system. \n Clinic is the area's preferred multi-specialty medical group, with more than 750 Physicians and Advanced Practice \n Providers representing 41 specialties in 82 locations serving Northeast Texas across 41 counties. \n Clinic is a physician led group with its own board of directors. \n \n \n \n \n Benefits Include: \n \n \n Compensation: $800K in total income \n Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Package \n CME Allowance \n Malpractice with tail coverage \n Retirement with employer match \n Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits \n Paid time away from practice \n No state income tax \n H1B Visa \n \n \n \n \n About The Role: \n \n \n Ortho Surgeon - Total Joints \n Location: Santa Fe, NM \n We are looking for a dedicated orthopedic surgeon to join our expanding team and help provide exceptional care to our patients. \n While we prefer a full-time physician, this role offers the flexibility of less-than-full-time employment, as mutually agreed upon with the employer. \n The physician in this role will have the opportunity to perform surgical procedures specializing in joint reconstruction \n (ROSA® robots available), design and implement individualized treatment plans, encompassing preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, and patient education \n Manage approximately 24-28 pre-and post-op patients on clinic days \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic and personalized care \n Maintain accurate, comprehensive medical records, documenting patient progress, surgical outcomes, and follow-up care plans \n Utilize EPIC EMR in all practice settings \n Participate in monthly total joint committee membership meetings \n Participate in light practice call (phone-based) with no hospital visits required. Call coverage involves 1-week block rotations shared among 18 providers \n Work with a 1-to-1 physician-to-advanced practitioner ratio \n Provide care at the main orthopedic clinic and the main hospital campus, located approximately 2.6 miles apart \n Occasionally mentor family medicine residents during their rotations, coordinated by the orthopedic clinic manager \n Receive referrals from a wide range of sources, including internal organization providers, local emergency departments, urgent care centers, and community partners from across Northern New Mexico \n \n \n \n \n Qualifications: \n \n \n Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with Fellowship in Total Joints / Adult Reconstruction \n Must also possess an unrestricted New Mexico Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of New Mexico \n H1B Visa \n \n \n \n \n Contact: Raymond Stiles View phone number on click.appcast.io) View email address on click.appcast.io\n \n \n \n \n \n \n
