Seeking admin to assist purchasing, sales and billing teams. Needing someone with 5-8 years experience, comfortable with cold calls. Netsuite and bilingual is a plus. Ready to hit the ground running

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to join our team. The customer service representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, answering phone calls and emails. Processing inventory item sales orders that come into the office via phone.

In addition, the Customer Service Representative/Admin will make outbound calls to prospect and find new customers, make outbound collection calls as well as contacting customers when their will call orders are ready for pick-up.

To be successful a customer service representative should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A successful customer service representative should also be a good listener.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Make outbound prospecting phone calls and hand off warm leads to sales.
· Make outbound calls to customers about past due and collection invoices
· Make outbound calls to customers about order status
· Communicating with customers via inbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
· Receive inbound calls and direct to proper sales staff
· Process inventory item sales orders that come into the office and/or via phone.
· Understanding customers' needs and identifying opportunities.
· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
· Staying informed about competing products and services.
· Upselling products and services.
· Assisting with Administrative tasks and projects as needed.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:
· High school diploma/GED required.
· One to two years’ experience in an inbound call center or a related position.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM software.
· Microsoft Excel skills a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
· Excellent phone skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Strong listening and sales skills.
· Commitment to excellence and high standards.
· Strong organizational skills: able to manage priorities with acute attention to detail.
· Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish & English).
