Job Title: Data Entry Clerk III

Location: Nicholasville, KY 40356

Duration: 6+ Months

Payrate: $20/hr. on W2

Job Description:

8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

INTERVIEWS REQUIRED

Job Summary:

The Administrative/Data Entry Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support through accurate data entry, record maintenance, filing, and coordination of operational activities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the accuracy of company records and databases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems.
• Enter and process product release information and related documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule truck shipments to support operational needs.
• Enter and maintain customer complaint records in the appropriate system.
• Input and maintain graphics-related information and documentation.
• File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic records, documents, and paperwork.
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness before entering into company systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational activities as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and data requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying data discrepancies and reporting issues as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Additional administrative or clerical training preferred.

Experience:

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, or office administration preferred.
• Experience working with shipping, logistics, or inventory-related activities is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of precision.
• Strong organizational and document management abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and data entry.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move files or office materials up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

• Office-based environment with regular use of computers, databases, and office equipment.
• Frequent interaction with internal departments to support administrative and operational functions.
