Property and Casualty Insurance Agent

Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying a supportive training environment and flexible work arrangements. Key responsibilities: Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and match them with appropriate products and coverages Manage inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property and Casualty Insurance license Required qualifications: 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency in typing and PC usage
