Your Journey Starts Here:

As a Shop Assistant, you will support daily shop and facilities operations by safely delivering and distributing materials, products, and equipment to active job sites. This position is ideal for an energetic, forward-thinking, and results-oriented individual with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional presence. You will help keep the shop and surrounding outdoor areas organized, swept, and clean while performing trash removal, snow removal, basic janitorial duties, and debris cleanup along fence lines and exterior areas. The role requires a self-directed, well-organized team player who can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment and is willing to assist with additional duties as assigned.

What Powers Your Path to Success:

• Willingness to assist with additional projects and duties as needed
• High School diploma or GED
