General Dentist – Part-Time or Full-Time

Location: Pelham

Schedule:

For part-time candidates Monday, Thursday, Friday & 1 Saturday per month, Full-Time available as well!

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing patient care, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented practice that values long-term stability and high-quality dentistry.

What We Offer:

• $800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)

Practice Overview:

• Established, multi-provider practice
• Fully digital workflow with cloud-based practice management system
• Recently renovated facility with modern equipment
• Comprehensive services including restorative, endodontics, implants, oral surgery, Invisalign, and periodontics
• Strong collections performance and efficient operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
• Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate
• Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care
• Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York dental license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required
• Ability to work independently without direct clinical mentorship
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional, personable, and patient-focused demeanor
• Commitment to long-term stability within the practice
