Key responsibilities Oversee infrastructure project management and remediation initiatives Utilize ServiceNow for Change, Incident, Problem Management, and asset tracking Implement AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Strong background in infrastructure project management Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence Experience with vulnerability management and remediation tracking Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment and AI tools US Citizenship or Green Card holder due to client requirements
