Job Title: Med/Surg Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700-1930 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Current RN license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Must-Have: - Strong clinical assessment skills - Ability to develop and implement patient care plans - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership abilities Description: The Med/Surg Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes the supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The Med/Surg Registered Nurse is accountable to support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. This role involves ensuring the competency of clinical staff and managing resources related to patient care effectively.
