Senior Tax Associate

Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Professional with or pursuing your CPA license? Our growing Accounting Firm is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Tax department. You will work closely with small businesses, non-profits, and individual clients to address their tax needs and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws.


About the Role:

• Prepare and review individual, business, and non-profit tax returns
• Provide tax planning and strategy guidance to clients
• Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with IRS correspondence and audits as necessary
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:

• EA or CPA Preferred
• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
• Experience working with small businesses, non-profits, and individuals is a plus
