MLT: Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by an agency recognized by the Hawaii Department of Health State Laboratories Division.Licensure:Hawaii State license as a Technologist, Technician or Specialist.

Required Qualifications

Medical Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Experience: 1 year Licenses: MLT-HI Certifications: MEDLABTECH-American Society of Clinical Pathology(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed) OR Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist, Laboratory MT-HI SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year MUST HAVE ACTIVE LIC TO SUBMIT, LIC TAKES 10-12 WEEKS PLEASE CLOSE ON PAY WITH LIVING EXPENSES, HOUSING AND CAR ARE NOT CHEAP o Must be able to report to work within 1-hour when on-call. o Must be willing and able to perform phlebotomy.
