Assure that quality control requirements are met to validate test results, record data as part of a quality assurance program. Assist in the development and evaluation of new procedures. Prepare and verify the quality of reagents, standards, and control samples. Calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine and emergency preventative maintenance to laboratory instruments and related equipment. Supervise, train and schedule temporary employees. Perform administrative functions including, but not limited to laboratory statistics, equipment purchases, service contracts and preparation of standard operating procedures. Ability to be available for occasional emergency situations on evenings and weekends.**Additional Information:**This is a **full time** (100**%** FTE), **permanent** position.
