Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and their families. \n
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring individualized care tailored to each family's unique circumstances. \n
- Monitor and assess outcomes, regularly reporting on progress in a collaborative team environment. \n
- Provide ongoing support to families, offering guidance and resources to enhance their child's development, focusing on physical, emotional, and communication skills. \n
- Engage in consistent communication with families, fostering a trusting relationship to promote a supportive environment for growth. \n
- Adhere to all relevant Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance in all practices and procedures. \n
- Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach in your interactions and strategies. \n
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress, using our organization’s electronic health record system. \n
Your primary focus will be on children, particularly those from birth to three years who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families to assess their individual situations and provide targeted interventions designed to support early development—crucially during the formative years. Your work will directly impact the lives of vulnerable populations by fostering healthy developmental trajectories and helping families navigate the resources available to them.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health. \n
- Possession of a valid driver's license, as travel may be necessary for client engagement. \n
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. \n
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear interactions with families and team members. \n
- Demonstrated respect for diverse populations and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. \n

- A minimum of one year of experience working specifically with children in an early intervention context. \n
- Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices and a commitment to utilizing these principles to support child and family development. \n
