Job Responsibilities
Assemble and inspect automotive hood liner components
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Assemble both large and small parts with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Follow work instructions and production schedules
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required
Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed
Schedule & Overtime Expectations
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Must be available for overtime, including Saturdays
Flexibility for last-minute overtime is required
Attendance and reliability are critical to success in this role
