Our Newest Opportunity: Job Responsibilities The Staff Attorney supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, updating, and negotiating client agreements; advising on privacy and data protection matters; and conducting research on legislative, regulatory, and compliance developments. The Staff Attorney leverages strong research, writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and protecting the organization’s legal and regulatory interests. The role involves delivering clear compliance information to internal stakeholders and developing creative, compliant solutions to support business objectives. Job Duties: Liaison with Market leaders as well as members of Internal Audit, Business Development, Client Solutions, Human Resources, Project Management, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and Marketing to advise on legal matters Create, review, modify, update, negotiate, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents on behalf of OneDigital, including but not limited to: Internal HR Communications and Policies Client Agreements, such as Service Agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Protection Addendums (DPAs) and Referral Agreements Vendor and Carrier Agreements, such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Subcontractor Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Protection Addendums (DPAs) and Referral Agreements Other agreements, as needed Oversee the update and maintenance of #J-18808-Ljbffr Digital Insurance LLC
