We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual who can provide excellent service to our technicians, service advisors, and retail customers.This is a full-time position that offers the following benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance2 weeks vacation after first yearHoliday PayNo SundaysTraining to ensure you stay up to date on GM parts and technology.What You'll DoAs a parts counter person you will be the principle contact between the parts department and the service department for the sale of parts and accessories. You have direct customer contact for sales over the counter, through service and on the phone.You will work daily with suppliers and your team to ensure that we have the parts and tools we need for the day, week and month. You will use your strong computer skills in the use of the EPC and inventory systems.You will do daily cashing out for customers, following up on any outstanding issues or parts and ensuring all records for repair orders, insurance estimates and special orders are kept in an orderly manner.Voss Chevrolet will provide you with all the training you need for the job.
