• Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12s)

• Location: Enterprise, Alabama

About the Unit

Join a specialized rehab swing bed unit where you’ll make a real difference in patient recovery:

• Wound care management

• Physical therapy support

• IV therapy

• Long-term recovery care

This is a hands-on, patient-focused environment perfect for LPNs who enjoy building relationships and seeing progress over time

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hospital experience (2 years preferred)

• BLS certification required

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Must live 50+ miles from facility (travel requirement)
