Salary: $92,000 - 147,000 per year Requirements:

• We write clean, maintainable, and secure code aligned with our engineering standards.
• We build and maintain automated unit, integration, and API tests.
• We contribute to modern event-driven architectures using Kafka and distributed processing patterns.
• We help shape system architecture and technical designs that support scale, resilience, and long-term evolution.
• We support platform modernization efforts, including service decomposition, resiliency improvements, performance optimization, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• We help reduce technical debt and improve operational efficiency across the platform.
• We participate in production support, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• We monitor system health using observability tools and metrics.
• We analyze application performance and implement improvements to enhance throughput, latency, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• We troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and data-related issues.
• We support release activities and production readiness efforts.
