Accounts Payable Coordinator (Part Time)

Our client, a media entertainment company, is looking for a Accounts Payable Coordinator (Part Time) to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will have Associate's degree and 2 years of experience. 

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 9 months
• Pay: $26.14/hr on W2
• 24 hours/week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and processing for invoices, procurement records, and project documentation while maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Manage vendor records, ensure compliance with company standards, resolve issues, and act as a reliable liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries, generate system reports on spending against purchase orders, projects, and budgets, and track outstanding approvals and deliverables.
• Deliver proactive project administration support, maintaining clear documentation and working effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration (or a related field) along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, procurement, or project support role.
• Demands proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel for budget tracking and pivot tables—with preferred familiarity in software like SAP, Oracle, or MS Project.
• Highlights strong organizational, analytical, and time-management capabilities to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Emphasizes excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
