Overview
Registered Nurse – Stepdown, travel assignment in Bay City, Michigan. Start date 07/27/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $1,829 to $1,895 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients with telemetry and advanced monitoring equipment; track vital signs and critical metrics.
- Perform regular assessments, recognize subtle changes in condition, and initiate interventions as needed.
- Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered.
- Provide specialized care for postoperative and cardiac patients, ventilator patients, and neuro checks as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Document nursing care and patient responses accurately and timely.

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- Minimum 2 years RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience
- Telemetry monitoring experience
- Cerner EMR experience
- Ability to work the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night shift in a hospital setting
