Commissions Support Representative



We're seeking a customer-focused professional to support a busy Commissions team with agent inquiries, account updates, and related administrative tasks. This role combines phone-based customer support with research and documentation work, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people while staying organized and detail-oriented.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for agent phone inquiries
• Assist with account changes, business status questions, and debt balance inquiries
• Research and explain account activity and commission-related issues
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Work across multiple systems and follow established procedures

Schedule & Work Arrangement

• Monday-Friday
• 7.5-hour workday
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Hybrid flexibility supported following onsite training

• Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Call center, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer support experience is a plus
