Paired is seeking an AI Graphic Designer to own end-to-end static and lifestyle ad creative for Google Ads campaigns, including GDN, Demand Gen, and PMax. You will research markets, define personas, craft angles, and independently concept, design, generate, and ship assets that convert cold traffic. Responsibilities include building direct-response static ads, pairing ads with advertorials, and producing lifestyle imagery at volume across all Google display formats.
