Day in the life of a Crew Member:
- Process orders at the cash register
- Prepare food for guest orders
- Clean, cut and prepare food for cooking
- Keep the kitchen spotless and utensils clean
- Assist in keeping all part of the restaurant looking fantastic for our guests
Training
- Learning all aspects of Carl's Jr.
- Prep, Grill, Front of House, Register Stations, and Drive Thru Windows for Opening and Closing Shifts.
- Willingness to meet Carl's Jr. Standards to Help Our Stores Shine.

Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting.
- Posses basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
