Contract: 9 weeks

Shift: 8hrs All Shift Available (Every Other Weekend is Required)

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Licensed LPN

AHA BLS certified

Experience/ Skills:

Min 1 -2 year of LPN in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred
