About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations through technical expertise, problem-solving, and process optimization. This role involves leading complex engineering tasks, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering projects involving multiple interrelated components

• Proactively identify technical challenges and develop innovative solutions, even in the absence of established precedents

• Evaluate the impact of changes on systems, equipment, and processes before implementation

• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams on design reviews, validation, and verification activities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement solutions to improve process reliability and equipment performance

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including:

• 5S practices

• A3 problem-solving

• Standard work development

• Waste reduction and efficiency improvements

• Support alignment with business goals by maintaining a strong understanding of manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related discipline)

• 0–5 years of experience in an engineering role or equivalent advanced education

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Minnetonka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
