This is a night shift position with required call. Preferred applicants will have **experience specifically in Labor and Delivery** and will cross train into postpartum.**Sign on bonus up to $20,000 available for qualified candidates.****Schedules available:**Full Time Nights:Three 12-hour shifts per week with every 3rd weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday.Part Time Nights: Two 12-hour shifts per week with every 3rd weekend rotation on Saturday and Sunday.**Call Requirement:** The required call is 16-24 hours per 6-week schedule.**About the LDRP:**Sentara Martha Jeffersons **Women’s Health** includes L&D, and a 24 bed post-partum mother/baby. Our Level 2 newborn specialty care nursery has a 1 to 1 ratio while our intermediate care babies have a 1 to 3 nursing ratio. Our LDRP unit also offers post operative care for complex GYN and Breast surgical needs. This specialty area has a 100-member team cross trained to offer best in class healthcare to Charlottesville, VA, and surrounding areas. The schedule is primarily 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holiday requirements.
