This role involves administering medications, assisting in diagnostic tests, documenting care, and supporting surgical procedures as needed. The nurse ensures compliance with safety protocols, medication handling, and clinical documentation standards. They participate in care planning, emergency response, and interdisciplinary communication. The role requires 100% travel to various locations to fulfill staffing needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge NurseAdminister medications, perform EKGs, and assist with proceduresMaintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical recordsRespond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocolsTravel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs requireQualifications & RequirementsEDUCATIONGraduate from an accredited School of NursingEXPERIENCEOne (1) or more years clinic experience preferredMust be willing and able to travel 100% of the timeLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the states of practice and the state in which you work, or a valid compact state nurse licenseCurrent CPR certificationWe Are an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerWe value the contributions of team members with a broad range of experiences, skills, and perspectives and are committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all.We encourage you to apply!
