Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Bergen County, New Jersey Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance team in Bergen County, NJ. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts from renewal through policy servicing. Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing outstanding customer service. Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes. Review insurance coverage and identify potential coverage gaps. Work closely with producers, carriers, and underwriters to market new and renewal business. Handle day-to-day account servicing and respond promptly to client requests. Ensure accuracy and compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience required. Strong experience with: Construction accounts Real Estate portfolios Habitational risks Contract review and insurance requirements Applied Epic experience is required. Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License preferred.
