Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Responsibilities The Therapist reports to a Clinical Program Manager and is responsible for providing evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. The Therapist also delivers mental health education to patients, the community, and other professionals as appropriate. The role requires a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, quality of care and outcomes measurement, professionalism, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year’s experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Training in either Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is preferred, but not required. Expected to participate in training in evidence‑based therapies and in education and supervision activities linked to identified clinical interests and programmatic needs. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity, and comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care. Adaptable and comfortable with change; ability to "roll with change" and remain flexible. Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where processes and best practices are evolving.
