About the Position

Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Description: Unit Information: The unit has a total of 289 beds. The staff consists of a mix of RN and SW. On day shift, there are usually 10-13 RNs and SWs. Patient ratios are approximately 1 RN to 25 patients and 1 SW to 40 patients. General Information: Candidates must have experience in an acute care setting. Additional Preferences: The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task. They should work independently and have a positive attitude. A teamwork approach is essential. Candidates should be adaptable, reliable, and possess strong communication skills. Time management skills are also critical. Dress Code: Business casual attire is required.
