We’re hiring an assistant preschool teacher to join our collaborative teaching team. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and reflective practice. Desired Qualifications AA in Early Childhood Education (or related field) 1+ year experience in a preschool or early learning setting Strong collaboration and communication skills Leadership mindset (shared leadership model) Reliability, accountability, and initiative Interest in social justice, anti-bias education, and continued learning Will consider entry level / on the job training.
